With almost 20 years of Iyengar practice, 300 hours of Yoga teacher training (YTTC), in Synergy, Hatha and Yin Yoga, I’ve experienced firsthand how this ancient practice can become a lifelong sustainable companion; one that continuously transforms not just how we move, but how we live.
